Home inspectors are not licensed by the state of California. The California Business and Professions Code 7195 - 7199 , and SB 988 set the standard of care for home inspections in California. This is why it’s important to hire someone with the requisite experience and certifications to perform your home inspection.

    We understand the time sensitive nature of the home buying process. Inspection contingencies can vary greatly. This is why a vast majority of our inspection reports are sent out to our clients same day. In the rare instance a report can’t be available same day you will receive it within 24 hours.
